Our

partnering on “greenfield biotech startups”, we offer the entire
range of venture creation services, complemented with hands-on
business and technical expertise and strong execution skills. We
offer seed funding, legal, space, technical infrastructure and
administrative support. We play an active role developing business
plans, recruiting executive talent, developing differentiated value
propositions, executing successful operating models and
communicating with the investment community. We also work to
establish partnerships and alliances with technology firms and with
potential clients. We work to design and test prototypes and
initiate a launch campaign.
We
engage traditional funding sources such as institutional banks, VC’s
and in certain cases we by-pass the VC front and engage
directly institutional investors or global pharmaceutical companies
for possible IPO or an M&A transactions. As a long-term partner,
we work with the rest of the team to develop a clear exit
strategy.
In
partnering with established but struggling biotech startups, we
offer operating model assessment, design and execution, interim
management, CEO counseling, financial restructuring, communication
and risk management and execution of turnaround strategies.
We also look for possible mergers, acquisitions and private
buyout options.
In partnering with global
pharmaceutical companies and successful startups, we provide
market-driven insight, proven experience -both venture creation and
management consulting- and a strong network of clients, suppliers
and partners. We have unparalleled international exposure especially
in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) region and partner on both
business development and execution. We share risk and reward
and invest capital if required. We commit personal time and energy
and take equity stake in various forms in the ventures we partner
on.
